On Going Support Services

Help Desk Support Agreement -- Most small businesses don't have a large enough system to justify hiring a full time IT person.  Usually the job falls upon the Controller, the Sales Manager, or anyone else who knows a little bit about computers.  This method has a couple of disadvantages.  For one, it makes this persons primary job efficiency suffer while they are out repairing pc's.  Secondly, while they are able to fix many problems, there are a lot they can't, or it takes them longer than it would for an experienced IT professional to do, this makes the affected users job efficiency suffer.

This is where EXC can help.  We offer a Help Desk Support Agreement which allows you to pre-purchase blocks of time at a 20% discount off our normal hourly rate.  We will visit your site once a week and repair any problems you may be having.  We will also use these visits to perform any preventative maintenance.  After just a few visits, you should notice an improvement in your systems performance and fewer complaints about poor computer performance from your employees.  

Training Services

Training is the key to the success of your software. EXC works closely with you to design a highly individualized training program to ensure that you and your staff become proficient with their new system.
