Computers are our passion. We believe that the computer should make your life easier. We have lots of ways to keep you working on what drives your passions rather than staring at the blue screen of death. Below are a few tips.

How can I protect my system from hackers?
If you use a dial-up line, your system is relatively safe, because your network connection will not be open for extended periods of time. If you use an always-on cable or DSL modem, you probably should install simple firewall protection software. EXC can install firewall software on your computer. How can my employees easily share information with each other?
The traditional way this has been done is to use post-it notes, and writing memo's. EXC can configure your small network to use Microsoft Mail. This allows users to send memos to each other, or the whole company as well as attach a spreadsheet or word document that they want another employee to see.

Showcase

	Major system upgrade at The Eye Associates We installed 2 new servers and migrated data from the old server. We installed over 50 new pc's and tablet pc's configuring and migrating data and user settings from old pc's. We set up several vpn's for the branch office locations to connect at corporate. This eliminated hours of labor spent at corporate entering data from the branch offices.
	Network installation at The Pierce Company We installed a new CAT 5 peer to peer network at The Pierce Company. We installed hardware and configured their existing AS400 to allow PC users to access information on it. We also installed hardware to allow Internet and E-mail access for all users.

Ongoing support for customers
Several of our clients have purchased one of our support agreements which allows us to visit them once a week at a reduced rate. While there, we fix any problems people may be having and perform any administration tasks that need to be done.
