Policies
EXC offers a competitive hourly rate for both on-site and in-shop
repairs. If you are
not completely satisfied with our service, we will fix the problem at
no charge. All rates and charges will be explained to your
satisfaction, before we start work.
The information we collect from you is never shared with other organizations for
commercial purposes.

Ross
Alcorn – Before founding EXC, Ross worked as a Systems Administrator and
Systems Technician for over 5 years.
He has extensive knowledge with Microsoft products including,
Win 9x, Windows 2000, Windows NT Server and Terminal Server, as well
as the MS Office suite. He
also has broad knowledge and advanced training with the Novell server
operating system.
He

Dane Purvis - An A+ Certified technician, Dane is well versed in troubleshooting desktop computer hardware and software. Computers have been a staple in Dane's life since as far back as 1988. At only 10 years of age he began actively learning about how and why computers function.
